The Cap-Acadie watershed group, Vision H2O, is located in southeastern New Brunswick. As a watershed organization, the group works from an integrated water resource management approach in collaboration with various stakeholders in the region. Vision H2O is actively involved in several projects aimed at preserving the integrity of our local environment. Education and awareness of the importance of maintaining a healthy environment are at the heart of the organization. The Group is pleased to have numerous partnerships with local organizations, schools, community groups and the municipality.

Since 2003, Vision H2O has been working on a variety of environmental projects aimed at maintaining healthy ecosystems and preserving water quality for aquatic life and community needs.

Water quality monitoring, aquatic habitat and species inventories, the development of an ecological park at the Cormier-Village Community Centre (Écoparc), environmental education and the restoration of coastal dunes using the Christmas tree technique are among the most recent projects undertaken by the group.

Vision H2O: A registered charity

As a non-profit organization, Vision H2O's projects are made possible through various grant programs such as the New Brunswick Environmental Trust Fund and the New Brunswick Wildlife Trust Fund. However, the group is pleased to announce that it is now registered as a charitable organization. Over the past few years, the Group has been very proud of the support it has received from the community and would like to thank all the volunteers and community organizations for their participation in the various activities. We look forward to continuing this collaboration in the years to come. If you would like to contribute to Vision H2O, or for more information, please contact us.
