Structure Vision H2O is a non-profit organisation that was created in 2002 in order to promote better water management practices. Vision H2O is guided by a steering committee made up of various local stakeholders wanting to see harmonious land management practices and resource conservation.

Mission Work to maintain a healthy ecosystem so as to conserve sufficient healthy water to provide for aquatic life and human communities.

Objectives Raise the awareness of the population, the decision makers and the private stakeholders to the importance of healthy water management practices as well as the concept of watershed management. Favour multi-sectorial dialogue amongst stakeholders and water users in order to reach a better coordination of activities up and down stream of the waterways. Evaluate the state of waterways through water data samples and field data collection. Establish and maintain a database on the principal waterways of the watershed. Work towards the maintenance and improvement of water quality in rivers and waterways in order to maintain habitat that is favourable to fish reproduction. Put in place a plan of action concerning waterway management and water quality management, in collaboration with local stakeholders. Watch over the safeguard and increase of worth of coastal marshes and coastlines.
